China's Values
Written by Han Zhen of Beijing Foreign Studies University, the book explores the history and development of Chinese values-a timely publication when China is seeking to better explain itself to the world. It's published by China Social Science Press.
Springer plans to publish an English version as part of its China Insights series, which has five titles out already and seven more in the editing process. Myriam Poort from Springer says: "The series collects and presents cutting-edge studies on various issues that have emerged during the process of China's social and economic transformation. It offers a key English-language resource for researchers around the world as well as students in China studies and related areas."
