"For you I spent half a year's worth of savings, crossing the ocean to see you." With this melodious singing, Wei Jie's World,I global speech tour raised the curtain Dec 3 at the Guangxia Gymnasium in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province.

"For today's meeting, I have waited thousands of years and I believe that you have also waited thousands of years," Wei said.

This speech, created with great effort by Wei Jie, is different from the magic speech by Steve Jobs or Luo Yonghao's speech. It is the culmination of wisdom lasting thousands of years and the accumulation of many ancient civilizations.

Furthermore, it is a cultural feast.

Crossing 60,000 km around the world for the perfect presentation

Starting from the first station at the University of Hong Kong before traveling more than 60,000 kilometers to eight countries and areas and nine cities, the speech tour has caused a sensation in nine of the world's top universities, such as the University of Tokyo, Harvard University and Oxford University.

The speech at the Hangzhou Encore Station synthesized cultural exploration and civilization development, and was the culmination of the former nine speech tours. Both the substance of speech and the creations on the large panoramic screen onstage were perfect and unprecedented.

The speech aimed to let everyone feel the storm of thoughts and enjoy the cultural experience without setting thresholds.

"It was a perfect speech. The speech content, stage layout and stage design all impressed people a lot," said Chen Jinhua, a teacher who came to Hangzhou from Suzhou just to attend the event. In his words, the speech was "super-worthy".

Math, chemistry and physics in the past

"Math, chemistry and physics" and "digitalization" are the two core themes of this speech.

When rational thinking -- "focusing on math, chemistry and physics" – relentlessly goes forth, affective thinking is also needed, an inevitable stage in the development of a city. The process of adding affective thinking brings opportunities for the development of young people and digitalization is the newest opportunity for the development of a distinctive town.

The realization of digital life depends on the construction of large databases, the internet of things and terminals. When the three objects mature, the trend of digitalization will certainly follow.

At each station, Wei Jie shares a Chinese character with a unique meaning. In his eyes, Chinese characters can be divided into four categories. The first, called Tao, solves root problems. The second, called deity, solves energy problems. The third, called human, solves the problems of mankind. The fourth, called ghost, solves ghostlike problems.
