According to the MailOnline.com, the couple was spotted leaving their Beverly Hills hotel together and heading over to Robbie's home but didn't bring their baby boy Angelo James, who was born in October.
The 24-year-old singer has spent much of the past month in the US where she attended the Grammy Awards and the Golden Globe Awards earlier this month.
She is expected to return to the UK after performing at the Oscars next weekend, where she is also nominated for Best Song for her hit James Bond theme tune.

Adele and Robbie, 39, became good friends after she invited him to stay at her haunted mansion last year because he and his wife are super natural enthusiasts.
A source previously said: "Adele thinks they are both fantastic and would love to spend some time sharing ghost stories and witnessing paranormal activity."
Robbie put one of his LA homes up for sale in November because he wants to move back to the UK to educate his daughter Theodora Rose.
But he continues to own a 10,681 square foot multi-winged mansion inside the manned gates of the Mulholland Estates community that he bought in July 2002 for $5,450,000 from country music superstar Clint Black.
