26 camels

The number of camels killed so far this year by trains in three separate accidents along a railway line in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region. The latest incident happened on Monday, when eight camels were killed and four injured after being hit by a train. Local residents have called for the railway authorities to do more to prevent such accidents.
