"I need to drink milk. I need to go to school. Please pay back the salary of my parents."
A boy named Yu Xian protested against a real estate developer in the city of Dali, Yunnan province, on Tuesday in a poster. About 13 children and young people stood outside a realty project named Nanguocheng, demanding the developer pay the salaries of their parents, who worked on the project six years ago. More than 1,000 migrant workers did not receive their salaries from the developer, amounting to 20 million yuan ($3.14 million) in unpaid salary.
