325,000 yuan per square meter

A 400-sq-m house near the Palace Museum in Beijing offered for sale at 130 million yuan ($21.17 million) was taken off the market after the real estate agent could find nobody willing to pay that amount, which works out at 225,000 yuan per sq m more than comparable houses in the neighborhood, Beijing News reported.
