The squadron of the Greater Washington Chinese American Community, which includes community leaders and drum performers, marches on Constitution Avenue in America's 2013 Independence Day Parade on July 4 in Washington to mark the 237th birthday of the United States. Folk drum performances are a specialty in Northwest China.
