Mello cello
Chinese cellist Zhang Bo will open a concert with Bach's Concerto In C Minor for Cello And Orchestra. Zhang, who started learning cello at age 6, joined the National Symphony Orchestra in 2000 and was invited by German composer Robert Zollitsch to perform in Germany and Holland. He returned to China in 2012, after studying as a visiting scholar at the US University of Cincinnati starting in 2010. His upcoming performance will be accompanied by the National Symphony Orchestra's chamber music orchestra.

Climate change on show
The group exhibition Unfold addresses climate change through art. The show features works by 25 international artists who undertook one of three trips to places affected by climate change organized by the exhibition's presenter, the nonprofit Cape Farewell. Cape Farewell's founder David Buckland believes the show explores the subject in a more emotional and accessible way.
