The US city of Boston is famous for its lobsters, and this month they are the stars of a five-course set at Cepe, the Italian fine-dining restaurant at Beijing's Ritz-Carlton Financial Center. Lobster is high in protein, low in fat, and contains Omega 3 fatty acid, which is beneficial for your heart and your brain. OK, who are we kidding? We're eating it because it's a yummy summer treat. Our favorite course is the baby lobster carpaccio, prettily served with lobster tea, herbs, an egg and caviar. It's 258 yuan ($42) plus 15-percent service charge, or 1,188 yuan plus service charge for the five-course meal.
