Winter is the season we go mad for oysters, and Saboten has a great seasonal preparation that goes beyond slurping off the half-shell. The chefs coat not one but two juicy oysters with golden crispy bread crumbs, fry them up as a crisp package and serve these nibbles with a side of homemade tartar sauce and lemon. A plated pair (that's four oysters in two crisp bundles) costs 35 yuan ($5.50).
