Mutton vermicelli soup

In the Northwest of China, people have mutton vermicelli soup with dumplings in it. The soup is made of mushroom and mutton, with salt, ginger, spring onion, garlic, pepper and soy source. When the soup is boiling, dumplings, vermicelli, hotbed chives, garlic bolt and coriander are added.
