Various children and youth performers were invited to perform, and guests showed their appreciation of the opening performance by the String Orchestra from Dulwich College Beijing, a Taekwondo performance by An Ji, Xiao Yu Er (sons of actor Sha Yi) and their friends, as well as a ballet performed by dancers of Joy Ballet. A group of young children also played their part in caring for other children in need by helping with the charity raffle sales.

The live auction was one of the highlights of the gala night. Generous supporters bid for beautiful art pieces, exquisite jewelry, and fine wines to raise funds for women and children around the world. Precious auction items included a sculpture by Chen Wenling, an autographed painting by Ding Shaoguang, a handmade doll by Fan Yaping, an oil painting by Bu Yue, a fancy light yellow diamond necklace by Junhou Fine Jewelry, fine wines from Château Mouton Rothschild and Château Lafite-Rothschild, and more.
