The fourth HORFA China (Shanghai) International Horse Industry Fair will provide a powerful network and high-quality resources to participants from around the country, said organizers.
The three-day event will be held in the East Asia Exhibition Hall in Shanghai, from Sept 26 to 28.
HORFA is China's leading horse show, and combines horse shows, horse-trading, conferences, equestrian course and horse auction.
Since it was first held in 2010, the event has attracted more than 300 exhibitors by now.
This year, the show covers an area of 8,000 square meters, and will attract more than 10,000 professional audiences.
HORFA is committed to the development of the Chinese horse industry by introducing high-quality horses, advanced products and services.
It also provides options to various institutions, horse clubs, individual horse owners and the fans, organizers said.
"The HORFA exhibition is not only a great platform for horse practitioners, buyers and owners to exchange latest market insights and expand business channels but also an exclusive gateway for real estate companies, investors and elite groups from China and other regions in the Asia-Pacific region to get involved in horse industry," said organizers.
The organizers are upbeat about its future.
"The HORFA exhibition aims to become the market leader in the horse industry in Asia and create abundant opportunities for practitioners."
"The event will promote communication for top clubs and investors from 34 provinces and boost overall development of the whole industry."
As usual, the "Outstanding Horse Owners Award" recognize the achievements of horse owners.
The organizer will also set up a specific exhibition space for displaying harnesses, equestrian clothing and other equipment.
It is intended to give participants opportunities to explore fashion trends, new functions and learn about the latest industry insights.
Audience will have access to world-class equestrian and equine institutions, including the Spain Horse Group, Spruce Meadows of Canada, the Royal Cavalry of Oman, and the Korea Racing Authority.
Excellent equestrian equipment and services from all over the world will be on display.
CLIPS, an international luxury property show, will be held simultaneously at the same venue with the event.
The two events offer an opportunity for high-net-worth individuals and investors to share investment information and resources.
At 2013 HORFA, audiences will be treated to live dressage shows and equestrian parades from all over the world.
"They will also get involved in pony trial riding, equestrian classes and other exciting programs."
At the same time, the high-end property show CLIPS and overseas investment events at the same venue will provide more information on investment channels. The 2013 HORFA also includes an auction of horses and equestrian equipment, which will be held jointly by the organizer and Shanghai International Commodity Auction Co Ltd on Sept 27.
Pieces for auction include warmbloods from Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, and Spain as well as Shetland ponies from the Netherlands and steeds from China.
Other products include premium Spanish wines, Italian-designed handmade Lamborghini harness and Picasso-painted horse-motive cushions from France.
