2015 Olympic Day Run kicks off in China's 11 cities

BEIJING - The 2015 Olympic Day Run event kicked off in eleven cities in China here on Saturday.
The Olympic Day Run is an international Olympic Movement activity promoting mass participation of sports, which is usually held during June 17 to 24 by NOCs, with 1.5 km Olympic Day Fun Run, 5 km, and 10 km running activities.
A total of 11 cities in China, including Beijing, Zhangjiakou, Hefei, Xiamen, and so on, held running activities.
Some sports stars, including China's Diving queen Guo Jingjing, gymnastic Olympic champion Zou Kai, and aerial skier Li Nina, took part in the Olympic Day Run.
