Located in Lixian county, Aba autonomous prefecture, Southwest China's Sichuan province, Ganbao Tibetan stone village is a representative village of Tibetan style. Ganbao means "village on the hills" in Tibetan. This village is one of the largest and best-preserved Tibetan villages in Sichuan province. The entire village is built at the mountainside, house by house. The architectural style is unique, simple and natural.
The history of Ganbao Tibetan stone dates back to 2,500 years ago.
