Michelin chef visits
Chef Paul Lau, mastermind behind The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong hotel-restaurant Tin Lung Heen that has been awarded two Michelin Stars, visits The Ritz-Carlton Beijing, Financial Street's Qi Chinese Restaurant from April 22-28. The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen has launched the longest brunch in the city, running from 11.30 am to 3:30 pm every Sunday to allow families to spend more time together.
