Dos and don'ts at church
A church is a serious religious site. Christmas celebrations there usually include choir singing, performances and musical dramas adapted from stories in the Bible, sermons by priests and the congregation singing hymns.
Here are some tips for what to do in a church.
1 Keep quiet and don't walk about especially after the worship or mass begins.
2 Turn off or swtich your cell phone to silent mode and don't make phone calls during the service.
3 No food.
4 No sleeping.
5 Dress modestly and tidily.
6 Take care of your children and ask them to keep quiet and don't run about.
7 Stand up when the congregation sings hymns.
8 Keep the Bibles for public use tidy and intact and put them back after use.
9 Turn off the flash when taking pictures.
10 No smoking.
