Guangzhou hotel lines up Chinese New Year treats

As Poon Choi is a traditional dish prepared during Chinese New Year in the Guangdong area, the hotel is offering two signature Poon Choi selections.
The Reunion Poon Choi, priced at 1,388 yuan ($210), includes dried abalone, sea cucumber and fish maw, while Fortune Poon Choi is priced at 1,088 yuan.
The Poon Choi selections give guests an authentic taste of this typical Cantonese dish.
The rice cake is another symbolic festive goodie in the Guangdong area.
