At a luncheon hosted by the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, Chan shares his thoughts on how Hong Kong can become a technology hub for China. Hong Kong plays a leading role in science and technology innovation with its world-class universities and scientists, the educated population, rule of law, and protection of intellectual property.
