7 killed, 28 injured in bus accident in Egypt

CAIRO - At least seven people were killed and another 28 injured Sunday in a tourist bus accident on the Sharm al-Shaiekh international highway in Egypt's South Sinai, the security source told Xinhua.
"The bus overturned 60 kilometers away from Ras Sedr city during its trip to Sharm al-Shaiekh. The bus ran over another car, in which all the people are predicted to be dead as well," the security source told Xinhua.
According to the head of the South Sinai ambulance authority Khaled Abu Hashem, the Ambulance Authority sent a private plane to transfer the injured people to hospital in Cairo.
"The ambulance authority sent a plane to transfer the injured people to Maadi military hospital," Abu Hashem said, adding that most of the injured were in critical condition.
