14 missing in nursing home fire in Russia

MOSCOW - A fire broke out at a nursing home northwest of Moscow, leaving 14 people missing, local media reported early Friday morning.

Twenty-three people were evacuated, according to the reports.

Earlier reports said the facility was a mental hospital.
