DPRK starts fire-drill near western border

SEOUL -- The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) had started the live fire-drill near the western maritime border on Tuesday, Yonhap quoted the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) as reporting.
The fire-drill started at 2 p.m. local time, hours after it notified South Korea of the exercise.
