Kyrgyzstan willing to enhance cooperation with China in agriculture: PM
BISHKEK - Kyrgyz Prime Minister Sooronbay Zheenbekov said Thursday that his country is willing to enhance cooperation with China in agriculture.
In a meeting with Chinese Ambassador Xiao Qinghua, Zheenbekov said Kyrgyzstan attaches great importance to the development of bilateral relations with China.
He recalled Chinese Premier Li Keqiang's official visit to Kyrgyzstan in November and expressed confidence that the agreements signed during the visit will be implemented.
"Kyrgyzstan is ready to enhance cooperation with China in agriculture, particularly in livestock development for further delivery of Kyrgyz meat products to China and exports of environmentally friendly domestic agricultural products to China," the prime minister said.
Xiao said he will make every effort for the strengthening of relations between the two countries.
