Trump says suspected gunman who shot at lawmakers is dead

WASHINGTON - US President Donald Trump said the suspected gunman who opened fire on Republican lawmakers at a congressional baseball practice field on Wednesday had died from injuries he received during the shooting.
"The assailant has now died from his injuries," Trump announced from the White House.
