Gates agreed with Musk. "Elon has invested in the development of AI, which is very good," he said.

He mentioned a book Superintelligence: Paths, Dangers, Strategies and noted that earlier Musk said, "we have chosen some of the mathematical models of the evolution of man through computers ... we are hoping to achieve through silicon, implanted into knowledge, such as the mathematical model, the Internet, and relying on such a basis to build up AI."
