With the start of the new school semester, school canteens have also updated their menus and some are rather strange.
Shanghai-based East China Normal University introduced a new menu item that features corn cooked with grapes. Such a peculiar and daring dish has astounded not only students but also thousands of netizens.
Earlier, other campuses around the country also introduced strange dishes, such as cooking diced mooncakes with chili peppers at the canteen of Fujian Normal University and fried tomatoes with pineapple at Hubei province's Wuhan University.
