Culture exchange center elects new chairman

The China International Culture Exchange Center held a conference on Thursday in Beijing, unveiling new committee leaders and council members including leading figures from different sectors.
Li Jianguo, a member of the Political Bureau of the 18th CPC Central Committee was elected as chairman of the committee.
Established in 1984, the center is a nation-wide organization engaged in international cultural exchanges. Its members are leading figures in science, culture, art, economics and foreign affairs.
