CHANGSHA - The suspect in a deadly arson attack on a karaoke venue in Central China's Hunan province on Saturday night gave himself up to police at around 1:00 pm Sunday.
Two people were killed and five others injured in the fire in the Night Shanghai in Shaodong county.
Local police said earlier on Sunday that it was set by Zhao Hu, a local seeking vengeance after he believed he was overcharged at the venue in January.
According to the police, surveillance video shows him rushing into the venue on a motorbike, gashing the bike's gasoline tank with a knife and fleeing the scene after igniting gasoline on the floor.
Police are interrogating the 29-year-old.
