The abundant ingredients and the complex production processes of the dish called "Buddha Jumps over the Wall" is the starting point of the Zhang Ding Solo Exhibition. Since 2007, the artist has been pursuing the consistent evolution of his aesthetics. Both biological and societal dimensions of eating as a daily behavior are interspersed throughout.
