Adele has reportedly bought a house with her boyfriend.
The 23-year-old 'Someone Like You' singer - who has been renting a "haunted" mansion in Sussex - is said to have splashed out on a £2.5million house in the seaside town of Brighton with her new man Simon Konecki, 36.
A source said: "Adele fell in love with the house she's buying immediately. It's not as big as the rented place but it's beautiful and they have a gorgeous sea view."
Local resident and DJ Fatboy Slim believes the couple will make a great addition to the area.
He told The Sun newspaper: "She will fit in fine - we've got a little community on the beach at Brighton."
Adele - who wrote hit album '21' about her break-up with a previous boyfriend - is believed to have started dating Simon last summer.
But in January she took to her blog to rubbish reports he was still married.
She said: This is the first and last time I will comment on the details of my relationship with Simon.
"Contrary to reports and headlines in the press today, Simon is divorced and has been for four years. Everyone in our lives separately and together wish us nothing but the best, and vice versa. These are the facts."
