Miranda Kerr doesn't deprive herself of her favorite foods.
The Victoria's Secret model maintains her model figure with a number of difference exercises including yoga and Pilates but says she often allows herself a calorific treat because she doesn't believe in cutting out everything.
She explained: "I'm very health conscious, I don't believe in depriving myself and I believe that if you're predominantly healthy you can have a little indulgence every now and then. I love yoga, I practise yoga and Pilates and I do resistance training with bands. I enjoy it, it makes you feel good if you take of yourself and be in the best shape that's natural for you."
Miranda and fellow Victoria's Secret angel Candice Swanepoel visited the Thompson Hotel in Beverly Hills Thursday to celebrate the launch of the brand's latest swimwear and Miranda revealed the inspiration for the new collection came from Brazil,
She said: "The swimwear was inspired by Brazil so there are a lot of beautiful colors, neons, embellishments and there really is a style for everyone no matter your size, your skin tone, if you're more flirty - there really is something for everyone."
