Madonna threw cake in her manager's face at a surprise party he held for her on April 4, 2012.
The 'Girls Gone Wild' singer was treated to the unannounced bash to celebrate the success of her new album 'MDNA', and after the initial surprise her entourage looked on as she cut a piece of cake and smeared it into Guy Oseary's face.
While listening to 'B-Day Song' from the LP, she said: "Guy, I wanna give this to you. For real."
She then threw it onto his face and shouted: "That's for making me work so hard motherf**ker!"
However Guy saw the funny side and laughed along with the rest of the partygoers in the video posted on YouTube.
It is possible the 53-year-old star was upset after she recently revealed she was occasionally "hurt" when her children Lourdes, Rocco, David and Mercy asked her to stop playing her own music.
She said: "My kids are brutally honest when it comes to what they don't like. They have no tact whatsoever.
"They'll just say, 'Mum, get that song off' even when it's mine. It's hurtful but at least they're honest."
