Beyonce Knowles wants to relaunch her acting career.
The 'Dream Girls' star has apparently called on her screen star friend Gwyneth Paltrow for advice to break back in to the craft.
The actress is thought to be putting in a good word for her friend who is married to rapper Jay-Z.
She has told her godfather, Steven Spielberg, that the singer wants to move on from her gig as Foxxy Cleopatra in 'Austin Powers: Goldmember'.
A source told The Sun: "Gwyneth is arranging a meeting and also has ideas about a mini-movie for an upcoming music video."
It was recently reported that Beyonce and Jay-Z are planning to holiday in a mobile home with Chris Martin and his wife Gwyneth.
The superstar couples have decided to take a low-key vacation with their kids after Jay-Z and Chris finish up their gruelling respective world tours and have chosen Florida as the perfect road trip destination.
A source said: "Gwyneth and Beyonce think the jaunt, going back to nature on a high-end Winnebago, will be the ideal getaway.
"It will be low-key but it's just what they need and they'll get to spend quality time together."
