Britney Spears wants to rent a new Malibu home.
The 'X Factor' judge has been seen looking for a new home in the exclusive Californian area to live in, and spent four hours at an ocean-front property which features five bedrooms.
The mansion is set over 3,565 square feet, has 4.5 bedrooms and is three stories tall.
In addition is has a newly remodelled kitchen, a separate studio apartment and a spa, and costs $14,900 a month to rent, X17Online.com reports.
To buy it outright would cost Britney - who is currently engaged to Jason Trawick - $6.9 million.
Britney, who is believed to have been paid between $12-15 million to join 'X Factor' has already completed a number of auditions for the US version of the show - which she is judging alongside Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato and L.A. Reid - and insiders have claimed she has impressed onlookers with her "tough" nature, against her usual easy-going image.
A source said: "She's got a really good instinct, and when she loves something, she looks like she wants to dance on the desk.
"When she doesn't like someone, she is incredibly tough."
