Chris Brown has been ordered to appear in court next month.
The R 'N' B singer was called in as part as a routine progress hearing on Tuesday (10.07.12) as part of his felony battery conviction for assaulting then-girlfriend, Rihanna.
While he didn't attend in person to report this time, Judge Patricia Schnegg, has expressed concerns about a discrepancy in hours that the Grammy Award-winning star had completed in his required community labour.
The judge asked the probation department to establish where Chris resides because he owns a home in Los Angeles, California and had been doing his community service in his native state of Virginia.
She also wants an audit done on Chris' hours to ensure the accuracy leading to her order for him to appear at his next progress report on August 21, according to website RadarOnline.
Last month a fight broke out between Drake and Chris' entourages in a New York City club that resulted in Chris receiving stitches for a gash to his chin.
There were multiple injuries from shards of glass from broken bottles, including Eva Longoria's ex-husband, Tony Parker.
