The 18-year-old singer's single 'Baby' is one of the most popular songs ever on the video sharing website but ambitious Justin wants to be ever more successful than he is now.
He told Rollacoaster magazine: "Each time I break a record I'm always happy. With my YouTube stuff, 'Baby' has more views than any video - ever. So my next goal is to reach one billion views on a video."
Justin also revealed reaching the milestone age of 18 has made him even more determined to remain successful and says he has turned reflective on his new album.
He explained: "I am growing up, I am now 18 and my fans are growing up with me.
"I'm getting older and I want that to reflect in my album - it is just more mature and reflecting the age that I am."
Justin is dating 20-year-old Selena Gomez and treated her to a lavish birthday dinner in Beverly Hills on Sunday night (22.07.12) where he made her cry with a romantic and heartfelt speech.
