Creative dividends not enough

This is the peak season for company profit reports but many firms are giving bonuses in the form of products they make, says an article in Beijing News (excerpts below).
Dividend are becoming more diverse, with one medical company sending condoms to shareholders.
Other companies have followed suit. Shareholders must be aware. These companies are so-called Iron Roosters, or birds so stingy they will not share a feather.
Shareholders help share in the risks and success of a company. They hope to make a profit. When a company has been successful they should be rewarded appropriately.
