Chinese dies after hit by police car in Birmingham

LONDON - A Chinese student died on Thursday after being hit by an unmarked police car in Birmingham on Wednesday, local media reported.
The 24-year-old Chinese was hit by a black BMW outside the Newtown shopping center on Wednesday, the BBC reported.
He was taken to hospital with severe head and back injuries, but died on Thursday afternoon.
