Pakistani embassay marks Independence Day

Pakistan’s 66th Independence Day was celebrated at the Embassy of Pakistan here this morning with traditional zeal and solemnity.
At a ceremony attended by members of the Pakistani community as well as Embassy officials and students of Pakistan Embassy College, Ambassador Masood Khan hoisted the national flag and read out messages of the President and Prime Minister of Pakistan.
National anthem was played and students of Pakistan Embassy College presented national songs.
Similar ceremonies were simultaneously held at the Consulates General in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Hong Kong.
