Danish foreign minister to visit S. Korea

SEOUL - Danish Foreign Minister Villy Soevndal will visit South Korea later this week, the foreign ministry said Tuesday.
After arriving seoul Wednesday, Soevndal will meet South Korean Foreign Minister Kim Sung-hwan the following day to discuss strengthening the strategic partnership between the two countries and deepening economic and environmental cooperation.
During his three-day trip, Soevndal will also hold talks with South Korean Unification Minister Ryu Woo-ik and visit the Demilitarized Zone that divides the Korean peninsula in half, the ministry said in a statement.
