Three killed in daytime shooting in France

PARIS - Three people were shot dead on Thursday in Istres, south France, local broadcaster Europe1 reported.
A 19-year-old alleged shooter, armed with a Kalashnikov, also wounded another victim, it added. He was arrested near the accident's scene where it occurred shortly after 14:00 local time (1300 GMT).
Reasons of the shooting are still unknown.
