MOSCOW - A passenger plane overshot the runway at Moscow's Domodedovo airport on Sunday, but no injuries were reported, local media said.
The Boeing 737-800 landed at around 12:30 p.m. Moscow time (0830 GMT) from the Greek resort of Rhodes.
An Interior Ministry spokesperson told the Itar-Tass news agency that 170 people, including seven crew, were aboard.
Meanwhile, the RIA Novosti news agency said "no injures were reported among the passengers and crew members."
An unnamed police spokesperson told RIA Novosti that the plane had landed "in the grass" and the passengers had been evacuated.
The cause of the incident is yet to be determined.
