2 UNODC staff members shot dead in Somalia

VIENNA - Two staff member of UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) were shot dead in Puntland, Somalia by an unidentified gunman, UNODC said on Tuesday.
According to UNODC, the two people were cruelly killed in an attack by an unidentified gunman in Puntland, Somalia on Monday, when disembarking from the flight. Both people, Clement Gorrissen, aged 28, and Simon Davis, aged 57, were fatally wounded in the shooting.
The two men were on mission in Somalia to offer technical advice and to help build local capacities in the specialised field of illicit money flows.
