Maryland celebrates - Germantown, MD  

A gala staged by the Chinese-American communities in the greater Washington area was held in Germantown, Maryland last Saturday. The annual gala, organized by the Coordination Council of Chinese American Associations, is designed to celebrate the Lantern Festival, which usually marks the end of Chinese New Year celebrations.
