Shanghai GM's $1.2 billion Wuhan plant

Sino-US joint venture Shanghai General Motors Co Ltd announced in August it will invest another 7.5 billion yuan ($1.2 billion) in its Wuhan plant to expand another 240,000-unit capacity in the Phase II in the capital of Hubei province.
