SOE manager's salary halved
He Tongxin, chairman of China General Technology (Group) Holding Co., Ltd said his pretax salary declined by about 50 percent, after salary reform of centrally administered state-owned enterprises this year, while attending a panel discussion of the CPPCC.
Lu Qizhou, general manager of China Power Investment, said his basic monthly salary is now 7,800 yuan ($1247.22) per month, down from 13,000 yuan in 2014.
Salaries of centrally administered managers consist of a basic salary, performance-based salary and bonus incentives, said Lu.
