Wei Diansong, an administrator at the Palace Museum, practices calligraphy in his spare time. His writing style shows the influence of imperial court painters and officials.
Li Lixiang's paintings reflect serenity that comes from his youth spent in the grasslands.
The exhibition is being held at Beijing's Cheng Huai Art Gallery and runs through Dec 13.
