Ben Lam started his acting career in 1983 in Hong Kong. Two years later, he joined the Jackie Chan Stunt Team, a group of stuntmen and martial artists founded by Jackie Chan. Since then, he became a popular martial arts actor and starred in a range of films. Lam was once famous for his romantic relationship with Anita Mui, but the two broke up in 1993.
