US, Chinese re-connect on cyber talk

China-US internet forum Lu Wei, minister of State Internet Information Office, delivers his keynote speech on Tuesday morning at the 7th China US Internet Industry Forum being held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Washington. The forum, hosted by the Interent Society of China and Microsoft, drew about 150 participants from government departments, academic institutions, internet and telecom giants from both countries, including US Under Secretary Catherine Novelli. Lu's speech is titled "Enhancing Trust in Communication, Creating Win-Win through Cooperation."
