Plane crashes into sea while landing in Bali

JAKARTA - A plane operated by Lion Air with over 100 passengers on board crashed into sea while landing at an airport in Bali on Saturday, an Indonesian official said.
The plane from Bandung, the capital of West Java, to Denpasar, the capital of Bali, fell into the sea while trying to land at an airport in Denpasar, said Herry Bakti Gumai, director general for air transport at transport ministry.
"The body of the plane was broken and now evacuation is underway," he told Xinhua by phone.
